We are committed to provide the best quality products to all of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased at dgwayoflife.com, simply return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase and please enclose your original receipt for a full refund.
Unfortunately, dgwayoflife.com is unable to refund any shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange of any product.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days only) of receiving your order. Sending your goods to you in a timely manner is always our priority. We prioritize the processing, picking and packing of our orders according to the time & date we receive them. Therefore, during peak times there may be minor delays to our standard turnaround time.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). dgwayoflife.com regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
All shipping costs for international orders are based on weight and this will be calculated at checkout.

It is not uncommon for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact DG Grooming Essentials, by sending an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.
Dgwayoflife.com will not accept liability for loss on any items being lost or stolen after shipped.
